Founding Seats Are Capped and Recorded Permanently
Stage 1 is open nationally. CraftAuthority is recording the first homeowners in each state who chose to hold contractors to a higher standard before the field caught on. Founding Homeowner status is permanent — it stays with your membership for the life of your account and is recorded in the Founding Registry.
Once your state's Founding class fills, new members join at Alliance Member or Founding Premium — without Founding status and without the locked rate. There is no path back to Founding after the class closes. $30 for 3 years while seats are available.
